I read a press release from Agra Development Authority in Amar Ujala Newspaper dated 17th December 2006 stating that Vian Infrastructure Ltd., New Delhi,has not got the approval for developing a township from Agra Development Authority in Agra, Whereas the company is releasing regular advertisments in all newspapers claiming that Vian City Agra is an Licensed project, i want to know what is true because seeing their regular advertisments for Neemrana Project (Rajasthan NH-8) i was thinking of buying a plot in resale in Vian's Neemrana Project. I am concerned that the claim that Neemrana Project is approved is true or false. Please let me know whats right and whether the projects are approved as claimed by the Company and what area of land is under the ownership of Vian at Neemrana and Agra. Also, who are the promoters of Vian Infrastructures & what is there background in Real Estate???????
