In order to streamline traffic flow on the Delhi border another computerised toll plaza complex of nine lanes was inaugurated by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
Recently, a computerised Toll Plaza of seven lanes was opened on the Badarpur border. Similar toll plazas are under construction on Apsara, Gazipur, Teekari, Aya Nagar, Kapas Hera, New Mandaowli and Kalindi Kunj borders. This is being done following a direction of the Supreme Court that toll plazas should be constructed on all Delhi boarders to provide smooth flow of traffic.
These toll plazas are being managed by the M/S Banas Sands company
